Joint Pains Since Years, Blood Tests Showed Low D3, High LDL, Advised Tayo 60 Course. How Can I Tackle LDL Issue?
Hi, I have been suffering with joint pains for almost 2 years, recently i got my blood tests done and figured out that my D3 is at 4, B12 is 194 and LDL is 132. Am advised Tab Tayo 60K for 3 months, to be taken once a week to address D3. What should I do to address the LDL issue? my doc says currently there is nothing to worry about. Thanks
Hello..
thanks for writing us..
As i said earlier you should mention your age, presence or abscence of hypertension or prior heart disease because all are important in analysing your symptoms and advicing medicines..
If low vit d3 continue 60K tab once a week for 8 weeks after that once a month for 6 months.
regarding your LDL,, if you are not having any DM, hypertension, IHD, nonsmoker than presently no medicines required but you should cut down fat intake, increase fruit and fibre intake, go for daily brisk walk for atleast 30 minutes and repeat lipid profile after 3 months
Best wishes
