Dear friend, welcome to HCM ! You probably have trophic ulcers on legs. they occur in areas of less nerve sensation or blood supply. Numbness below waist is likey a neuro-radiculopathy or myelopathy. The culture shows ocassional polymorphonuclear cells, which are white blood cells. it is insignificant. it does not look infected.
