Dear friend, welcome to HCM !

You probably have trophic ulcers on legs. they occur in areas of less nerve sensation or blood supply.
Numbness below waist is likey a neuro-radiculopathy or myelopathy.
The culture shows ocassional polymorphonuclear cells, which are white blood cells. it is insignificant.
it does not look infected.

The cause should be evaluated, probably with MRI for spinal cord, spine.

Take care and please keep me informed of your progress.
Good Luck !
