Pain In Kidney, Breast. Swollen Glands Under Chin. Fatigue, Weight Loss. Problem?

One and one-half weeks ago I had pain in my left kidney only when I breathed in--So every time I inhaled (normally) there was a slight sharp pain in my left kidney for a couple days--then it was fine. 6 days later I had extreme pain in my left breast (not my right), swollen glands under my chin on right side only and also in both sides of my groin area the glands were swollen and a little painful. Another symptom that has become unmanageable throughout the last 3 weeks and still is extreme fatigue. I can't stay awake and never feel rested. I have had a little unintentional weight loss--just slightly. And now for the last 3 days I have had body aches head to toe that is so painful I find myself crying because I am so achy. I just generally feel really bad. All these symptoms have been over the course over the last 3 weeks. Just one more note is 9 years ago I had a deep tissue cone biopsy due to stage one cancer of the cervix and have been fine since. One more side note: about 3 months ago I ended up in the hospital for one week due to an unexplained illness that sent me into acidosis. They don't know why and I live in California and this happened during a visit to Idaho where the hospital told me they are investigating a serious mysterious illness that no one knew a name for.

Welcome to HCM.It would help ,if you were examined and investigatyed by your PCP who would know your past history.Apart from metabolic diseases like Hypothyroidism and Diabetes, systemic illnesses and connective tissue disorders should be ruled out.Looking into the swollen lymph nodes is essential. It would be difficult to comment in this scenario without a detailed physical examination and further investigations.
