Pain In Upper Back And Chest. ECG And X-ray Normal. Reason For Pain?
Hi im a 28yr old female single. Since saturday nite iv had a pain in the left side of my upper back and in the front left side of my chest and in the middle. Its been persistent iv not got a cold or a cough uv had and ecg and chest xray which came back clear im taking meds for it but the pain just doest gi wot cud it be
Since your ECG and X- Ray are normal, please be reassured that there is no major problem.
The other possibilities that come to my mind are acidity, gastritis, GERD or muscle sprain. I would suggest that in addition to your pain medication, you also take pantoprazole 40 mg(to combat acidity) once daily half an hour before breakfast for 1 week.
Drink warm water at regular intervals. Make sure you drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day.
Avoid spicy food and oily food.
If the pain is still persisting with the same intensity,please consult your physician.
