Pain On Back Of Ribs, Not Able To Sleep Comfortably. Having Inflammatory Arthritis, Lower Back Pain. Advice?

I have suffered with lower back pain for 40 years, and recently I was diagnosed with possible inflammatory arthritis. For a few weeks now, I have been in considerable pain right across the back of my ribs, when I twist, turn, get in/out of car, getting in/out bed, I am a bad sleeper, so toss and turn a lot, that always hurts as I cannot get comfortbale. I just sat on the bed few mins ago, and the pain took my breath away, and when I raised my right arm, my back really hurt. Thankyou

Hello user,
As per your history you are suffering from inflammatory arthritis, in this disease the joint of the body becomes inflammed and there is pain and irritation in the joints.
The only thing to be done is to take bed rest and antiinflammatory drugs along with dietary suppliments of calcium, and other vitamins and drugs like hyaluronic acid and glycosamines.

hope my info helped you
