I have had a very persistant dry cough for over a year now. I am always exhausted, but have trouble sleeping. When I do sleep, I wake up almost every night drenxed in sweat. I am eating the same as I always have, but am gaining weight. This morning I woke up with unexplained very tiny bruises allover my arms. What is going on?
hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns. i would come up with two most possibilities to fit your condition .these include
1.first possibility is ALLERGY;Allergies are defense system over-developed by the body to give warning that its metabolic system is unable to handle a substance in a normal manner.
possible causes include;
-genetic predisposition -emotional stress -internal diseases -physical factors like heat,cold,sun,exertion,pressure,vibrations. -food and food additives -Drugs -insect bites -intestinal worms
2.second possibility is,HYPOTHYROIDISM;confirm with blood test for thyroid profile on morning with empty stomach.
I hope this is helpful for you, thank you
