Prolonged Pain In Back, Chest And Farting. Test Reports All Normal. Reason For Pain?

HI I have got Back pain near Scapula , Chest pain near heart and loswer part of chest in left site. Same time I am farting from couple of days. My ECG, blood, urrine culture everything was good. LDL was in border line. Dont know what to do. the pain in back and chest are going for long time. My heart beat is normal and runs between 60-80 always. I do excersise, cycling and walk 8 floor twice in a day.

I would like to know your age. Do you have any positive family history of heart disease?
ECG alone may not be enough to tell that you don't have any heart problem. You may require to undergo 2 d echo and TMT (STRESS TEST) before concluding anything.
It is better to rule out by doing further investigation.
Continue your exercise and other healthy lifestyle.
