Report Of Infant Shows Pelvicaliectasis With Calyceal Dilation. Treatment?

Hello Doc,

My baby, who is of 2 month old and he is diagnosed by doctors and gave the below report:

Right kidney measured 5.5 cms in bipolar length. Cortical outline, echogenisity and corticomedullary differentiation are normal. Pelvicalyceal system and ureter are normal.
Left kidney measured 6.0 cms. Parenchymal thickness measured 1.1 cm. Cortical outline, echogenisity and corticomedullary differentiation are normal. There is moderate degree of pelvicaliectasis with calyceal dilation of 0.7 cm to 0.6 cm in the upper and lower poles. Urater is moderately dilated up to the vesico-ureteric junction with intra-vesical ureterocoele.
Urinary bladder is normal in capacity and contour. Walls and contents do not any abnormality.
Posterior urethra is normal.

Kindly suggest, How serious the issue is and what is the treatment for this.

Hi, at the age of 2 months it is normal, and doesn't show any abnormality, and if any may be corrected as the time lapses.
If there is scanty urination, or swelling of the face it is to be considered some fault with the kidney may be present, in abscence of these symptoms it need not be worried of. Thank you.
