cold, runny nose and the other associated symptoms.
The fact that she has a low temperature again may suggest that the infection is close to the end.
I feel that the bodyache and the leg ache may be due to the viral fever and also due to the possibility that the fluid intake must have reduced.
I would suggest that you focus a bit more on the fluids and diet she is on. And she might improve on just that
