Single Loop Of Cord Around Babys Neck

hi all, My ultrasound revealed that there is single loop of cord around baby's neck .i am little worried with this as i was hoping for a natural birth and i can see more chances of opration now. i am 30 weeks preg . kindly suggest me if there is any possibility of normal birth .
