Smelling Vinegar, Acidic Taste In Mouth, Dizziness. Medical Reason Or Environmental?
I am smelling a smell of vinegar and have acidic taste in mouth and at other times an overwhelming taste of a bitter salty taste or bitter baking soda . At these times I also get a woozy feeling in my head. Is there any medical reason for this or could it be environmental. I do have a neighbour who dislikes me intensely and does send pot smoke up and other odors into our apartment. These are smelled by my husband.
I have gone through your query regarding dizziness and acidic taste in mouth after smelling vinegar.
Regarding above I would like to tell you that nose is playing very important role in the identification of flavor of any thing taken orally. For clarification of above statement here I am telling you that whenever any sweet gets a little bit rotten at that time also it remains sweet but it's flavor changes to little bit pungent and on putting it in mouth one may say that this sweet is rotten and not be eaten.
In the same way whenever any thing is being smelled, the same stimulates our taste buds of tongue and one may get the sensation of that particular taste. If the smell is quite deep it may affect the concious level as well as happens in the case of chloroform.
Regards.
