Sudden Hot Flash And Increase In Heart Rate. Cause?
i was just standing in my kitchen when all of a sudden my face and head got really hot heart rate increased a bit not a lot but noticeable - seemmed a little anxious too at the onset lasted about maybe 30 seconds if not less i sipped some ice water took a couple deep breaths and went back to normal?....but i tdid make me nervous never had that happen before!

There are a few other hormonal problems that can present like this - a typical example is Pheochromocytoma (adrenal gland).
You have not stated your age, gender, personal habits, family history or co-morbidities
