Suffering From Exhaustion, Loss Of Appetite, Loss Of Weight, Thirst And Blurred Vision. How To Get Cured?
Exhaustion, wooziness, loss of appetite , loss of weight, thirsty, blurred vision . I am a 61 year old female. I had a bout of flu that started 19 days ago, the worst subsided after 12 days, about a week ago. I m still having the aforementioned symptoms. Is it normal for some flu symptoms to persist for a period of time? Could the flu have triggered something more insidious?
It is normal for these type of symptoms to persist for a longer time after the flu is over . You can take an analgesic if you want and experience bodyaches after consulting the doctor.
After reading your post, I would like to mention that viral fever is usually followed by feeling of exhaustion, loss of appetite, etc. It can persists for few days but still you should go for a clinical examination.
You should also maintain your hydration. Dehydration can result in feeling of thirst.
Also eat a healthy diet which includes fresh fruits and vegetables.
I hope this is helpful to you. Thanks.
