Suffering From Sleep Apnea. Should I Meet A Specialist Or Family Doctor?
My Husband thinks he has Sleep Apnea and would like to see a doctor, does he have to go to a specialist or can he first go talk to his family doctor? I am going to answer the 'personal' questions in his information since this question is for him and we are 300miles apart from eachother and he does not have the internet at home.
hello user, If your husband "THINKS" that he has sleep apnea, then you must first visit to your family doctor, he will confirm your thinking to actual diagnosis.
Then later on you can consult a Medicine Specialist for the disease if its really there.
Hope this information helped you. Let me know if you need any more clarifications.
