Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain as there is loss of hearing after cleaning ears there is a possibility that you have ruptured the
eardrum due to going deeper inside the ear while cleaning..
The pus like secretion and pain near the er seems to be be due to infection in ear that seems to be secondary to perforation..
It should be taken care of as you may loose the hearing permanently..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like otoscopy of ears along with x ray or MR scan as per the requirement can be done to confirm the cause..
You can be advised to take a course of antibiotics like
Augmentin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen, nasal decongestant sprays and antibiotic and
analgesic ear drops..
In case if the eardrum is perforated and the perforation is small, the healing will take place with the medication..
In case of large perforation
Tympanoplasty or surgical repair of eardrum will be advised..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
