Suggest Medication For Low Fever, cough And Phlegm

Hello, I've had a nagging dry cough for approx. four days. Ribs hurt from coughing. Runny nose, white phlegm low grade temp of 101 first two days no temp today. I'm now slightly wheezing with subtle crackling that goes away with an occasional wet cough. Thoughts?
