I was recently diagnosed with pcos. I m 5 6 and my weight is 140 lbs. I used to be 120 and would like to get back on that weight. I have been trying to lose weight (exercise and diet) for 6 months now but because of my irregular period, I wasn t able to lose weight and instead would gain weight. I am desperate to lose weight that s why I am considering to take lipo 6 black for her which has helped me lose weight before. My doctor prescribe yaz contraceptives to regular my period . Please let me know if there would be any complications if I would take lipo 6 black for hers.
Hello, I understand your concern and thank you for coming to HCM! When you have PCOS your metabolism of many things are altered including your processing of all of your nutrients. Your primary question was about taking lipo 6 black. I cannot professionally advise you to take it. It has a number of stimulants in it that I fear put you at risk for cardiac complications. Please try staying on a low carbohydrate diet and use low glycemic load carbohydrates. To make certain you follow a 1200 kcal diet, I would suggest keeping a food log and measuring everything until you can eyeball proper serving sizes. With PCOS, exercise is a necessary part of the equation and physicians are advising a minimum of 150 minutes per week. I hope this gets you started on a safer plan to lose weight!
