Suggest Remedy For Hair Growth Due To Hormone Imbalance
My daughter had a hysterectomy 2 years ago at age 36. Since that time she has had ongoing problems with hormone regulation. She is on HRT but she continues to experience most every issue related to early menopause. The most distressing problem is hair growth, this has become an issue and is beginning to affect her mental health.
I assume here that she has undergone oophorectomy (removal of ovaries) as well, since she is on HRT.
Increased hair growth after HRT could be side effect of the progestational compound in the HRT. But since I don't know the HRT drugs, its just a speculation. Also the estrogen compound should counteract that side effect.
Apart from this another important cause of hirsutism at this age could be androgen secreting tumors.
Therefore, you need to get properly evaluated and investigated to reach to a final diagnosis.
Hope I was able to help.
