Suggest Remedy To Relieve Pain In Knee Due To Arthritis
hi i am a 46 yr. old female and I work fulltime as a an xray tech. i have had 7 si injections and 1 esi inj. My lower back gives me so much trouble and my left leg tingles, burns, at the lower part of my leg and ankle. before the work day is over my leg in the back part of my knee hurts and it makes it difficult to walk. i have had an mri of back and i have a mild disc bulge in L3L4 and i have a mild herniated disc in t7t8.My si joint is a mess and arthiritis has settled which is extremely painful. What more can I do? when I sit my foot and ankle burn.
