Suggest Treatment For Loose Motion And Runny Nose Of A 6 Month Baby

My 6 month old baby has had loose, watery, stools for a while on and off. Mostly on, lately, with a good appetite. And now she also has a runny nose with green mucus which is interupting her ability to drink bottle and causes her to up chuck. Please help. Thank you.

Hallo . Thank you for asking this question . Symptoms suggestive of viral infection . Give her decongestive medicine for cold and probiotic sachet for loose stool . Also plenty of liquid / ORS to maintain hydration . You can put nasal saline drop in each nostril before feeding ,so nose will remain open during feed and she can take feed smoothly .
