Suggest Treatment For Painful Nipples And Breast After IUD

i havent been pregnant in over 3 years - have the iud since then. I am having not only pain in m nipples and breasts but what appears to be clogged ducts (havent breastfed in over 5 years) What could be wrong? Is the IUD causing this? should i be worried?

Hello,

it is due to most probably hormonal imbalance due to iud but id continue have prolaclin level check. Do hot fermentation, breast massage, it will provide relief.
