Swelling And Pain In Leg, Suspicion Of Filaria. What To Do?

Hi I m 45 years old. For last two month my right leg is swelling and also a little bit pain . I m from a place where medical facilities are not so good . Last week I went to a doctor who also could nt diagnose. My family members are suspecting as filaria. I have heard that there is no treatment for filaria. So what to do?
