Testicle Pain After Protected Sex. Discomfort In Prostate. No Discharge, No Painful Urination. STD Or Anxiety?

I recently had completely protective vaginal sex that lasted only a few minutes and did not result in climax for me. Condom was removed and no further contact was made. Two days after the incident I began to experience a very minor pain in the left testicle. 7 days later, I feel some minor discomfort in the prostate region. No discharge and no pain during urination. Any chance this could be an std or just excessive anxiety? Please advise.

Hi!. Thanks for your query. As related by you that you had protected sex the chances of contacting STD are remote. But still you can see an Urologist for evaluation. Probably this has to do with excessive anxiety.
