What Are These Symptoms Of Drowsiness And Feeling Weak ?
Hello doc, I always feel very dull and weak during my duty hours. I m working as a chemist in a paper industry. My height is 5- 10 ft and body weight is 64 kgs. Every time I have my food, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, I feel heavy as if my legs are not able to carry the body weight and feel very drowsy. Kindly suggest some remedies.

Hello Pramodh,
What I see in your query is your muscles could be weak, though ideal weight for your height is around 55-60 kilos you also have to work on building lean muscle mass. That you can achieve by doing some cardiovascular training and weight training in any form of activities viz.. gymming/ cycling/ Swimming/ Yoga in dynamic form etc...
Also you have to eat a very nutritious food which will give you strength specifically Proteins.Go more on fluids.
Work on your stress by doing Pranayama/Self-help techniques such as Deep muscular relaxation techniques regularly.
Identify the reasons for your Stress at work and try to help yourself by discussing them with your managers/ colleagues.
