What Causes A Burning Sensation In Groin And Lower Back Pain?

Hi
I have a burning sensation that comes intermittently in my groin accompanied by dull lower back pain. It is more intense when sitting still and uncomfortable when I first go to sleep but in the morning is gone. Sometimes urination is effected. I am 58 year old, female, 160 lbs and the only health problem in the past was ovary removal due to benign tumor. Thanks
