What Causes Back Muscle Spasms With Stomach Pain?
Hi I'm 14 years old im about 103 and I'm about 5'0 Ive been having back problems for over a year now and I've been to doctors and they said it muscle spasms. So ive been going to physical therapy for it. But when I have these muscle spasms my stomach starts to hurt and it get bloating. Can you please help me with some answers?

Bloating can be due to drugs if you are taking them for back pain.
If no drugs, then i think you should go for ultrasound abdomen.
Also avoid fatty and spicy foods. Drink lots of water. Take tablet pantop-D empty stomach daily for 10days.
