What Causes Runny Nose And Bleeding From Nose?
I have constant sniffles and runny nose. When i blow there has been a little bit of gray spreckles in the mucus. I also got a bloody nose yesterday, assumed it was just from blowing it so much in past week. Should I be concerned? I assume this is just a virus and will continue to get better with sleep, and drinking lots of water.

If this situation is not from more than 10 days it is more possible to be a viral condition. If it is present for more than 2 weeks then it might be rhinitis. You should meet an ENT or an allergist for possible allergic rhinitis.
