What Could Be Causing Bloating, Acid Reflux, Pain In Throat, Constipation?

I suffer from acid reflux and take medication which controls it. For. The past 5 days I have experienced bloating and tenderness just beneath my breastbone, mainly to the left. I also have a mild ache in my throat which I associate with acid. I have experienced these symptoms before and as I have bouts of constipation, have believed the constipation to be affecting my stomach. I am taking medication to relieve the constipation, which is not completely relieving it, but is having some effect. My pain has eased off, as has the bloating, but the bloating seems to recur when I eat a meal towards the end of the day. Can you please advise me as to your opinion of the cause and effect of these symptoms and what steps I need to take to address them. Kind Regards.

Always mention age ,gender,weight,height.
Do not worry,you will be alright.
Take Ant acid & Enzyme preparations available at counter.
Take Dulcolax at bed time for constipation.
Your throat pain may be due to G E R D .
Avoid alcohol,smoking,coffee,cola,junk food & pain killer.
Take fresh fruits & dairy products,.high fiber diet for constipation.
Exercise regularly.
Consult Gastro Enterologist for physical examination.he may perform Gastric Endoscopy,ultrasound. he may prescribe pantaprazome (P P I ).
