Hi, Your complete lipid profile will give a better picture. You should decrease the consumption of ghee, butter, oil. Increase consumption of fresh vegetables, fruits and simple healthy food. Do 40 mts of brisk walking and 10 to 15 mts of pranayam. If the level does not reduce then you will have to take medications.
