What Does RBC 0-2/hpf And WBC >20/hpf Mean In Stool Analysis Report?

Hello I'm a 19 year old male I have been having stomach issues since quite a while and i had a stool dr (detail report) done These are the results Colour Brown Consistency Soft Mucus Trace Parasite None Seen Blood Nil Red Cells 02/HPF WBC >20/HPF Parasites None Seen Ova/Cysts None Seen

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of stool analysis is as follows:
Presence of white blood cells more than 20 per hpf can be due to infection, abscess, inflammatory bowel disease, fistula etc.
Presence of 2 red blood cells per hpf does not signify any disease.
Absence of ova or cyst rules out presence of any parasitic infection.
The stool analysis report has to be correlated clinically.
