What Does X-ray Result Faint Nodulohazed Density In The Left Apical Mean?

hi.good day! i recently had an xray, and the result said it shown apparent faint nodulohazed density in the left apical region.please help me understand this result of my xray. i also had PTB before way back in 2010,it was healed but then it came in 2013.i finished my medication last december and the doctor ordered me to take the last xray and this is the result that im hoping to be explained to me.thank you

According to reports there is faint nodular-hazy opacity noted in left apical region.It may be due to pneumonia or past history of tuberculosis.You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
Apicolordotic view is suggested,it is the special view X-ray for apical region because apical region is covered by many bony structures.This view give clear image of apical region.
