What Does A Shadow At The Top Of My Womb On Ultrasound Indicate?
hello i had an ultrasound and they have found a shadow at the top of my womb... i have recently suddenly lost weight, have pain in my lower stomach they have ruled out that this is my stomach and are saying its my womb... i have trouble urinating and going to the toilet. my ankles keep swelling and im tired could this be cancer?

You have some mass over top of your uterus. It may be leiomyoma or may be some other malignant lesion. So you should go for surgery and histopathological examination. then take treatment accordingly/
