What Does Single Live Intrauterine Pregnancy In Footling Breech Presentation Indicate?

hi im carlyn,28 of age,my congenital anomaly result is single live itrauterine pregnancy infootling breech presentation with good cardiac and somatic activities, 19 6/7 weeks by fetal biometry.normohydramnios.posterior placenta grade1, with edge at the margin of OS..what is the things that i need to do im worried about my situation it is a serious problem?thanks:-)

Thanks for writing to HCM

According to the reports you have low lying placenta, situated posteriorly with grade 1 maturity.It means placenta is near to internal os.
In majority of the cases,it migrate away from the internal os with advancement of pregnancy.There is nothing to worry.
You should have follow up scan to detect the shift of placenta.
You should avoid strenuous activity and take adequate rest.\

Other findings are within normal limit.
