What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

I got an MRI it says THERE IS A DIFFUSE DISC BULGE WITH SUBTLE DISC PROTRUSION CENTRALLY AND TO THE LEFT OF MIDINE AT C5-C6, WHICH MEASURES 4 MM. THIS DOES MILDLY NARROW THE CENTRAL CANAL. THE REMAINING LEVELS ARE NORMAL. NEUROFORAMINAL SPACES ARE PATENT. What does this mean?
