Welcome to Health care magic.

The findings says that diffuse atrophic changes with mild dilatation of the ventricles - this kind of findings with brain volume loss are seen in elderly patient, and patient with chronic systemic diseases - These symptoms re not related to the accident / traumatic.

In sequence of T2, there is a foci less than 1cm bilaterally in the basal ganglion - these are also age related changes.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
