What Does Uterus Anteverted With Intramural Myoma Nodules Mean?
Transvaginal scan says Cervix 2.6 x 2.8 cmEndometrium :0.42cm,hyperexhoic and intact.Uterus: 4.6 x 4.8 x 4.3cm normal in size anteverted with intramural myoma nodules as ff:1) left mid-anterior,1.4 x 1.0 cm;2)mid-posterior,1.8 x 1.3cm right ovary and left ovary are normal in size and echotexture...im taking Tamoxifenx 4 yrs.

According to USG report you have two small fibroids in the left mid-anterior and mid-posterior region of the uterus measuring 1.4 x 1.0 cm and 1.8 x 1.3cm respectively.
Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.
Treatment of fibroid is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age,family is completed or not,symptoms etc.
Endometrial thickness is normal.
Both ovaries and cervix appears normal.
You should consult gynecologist.
