Hi, Thanks for choosing healthcaremagic. It is breast ultrasound and not echocardiography. Echocardiography is done for the heart. Your breast does not show any cancerous lesion but it appears to be slightly dense so mammography study is limited. The size of the axillary lymph nodes is not very big. Upto 1.5-2 cms size the lymph nodes are normal. But the appearance of the nodes also matter. If they appear rounded, hypoechoic and with loss of fatty hilum you should undergo biopsy. If these things are not there you can wait. Please ask for these things in the USG report before biopsy. Hope it sorts your problem and wishing you a speedy recovery.
