ther can be several causes for that. if he/she is otherwise well, it can be a viral fever with headache which will subside when fever gets controlled. but if its lasting for a long time & is associated with vomiting etc, possibilty of a brain infection to be considered & the person wll need to get bllod & if required other investigations done.
