What Is The Treatment For Rapid Heart Rate , Nerve Pain And Rib Cage Pain?

my heart always feels like it is racing but when I check my pulse it never has been over 90, arms from shoulders down feel heavy and fatigued. Problems worse when lying down. I never smoke,rarely drink and do not have a weight problem. 54 yr male. suffer from chronic neuropathic pain related to archnoiditis and fibro. No meds currently. difficult time sleeping.Also severe pain in right ankle the longer I am supine.
Also thorsasic rib cage pain both sides of the spine primarily in the back.
