General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
The stomach pain & weight loss can be due to some gastrointestinal problem leading to ill digestion & mal absobtion of food, under nutrition .
From the investigations you have done, crwon's disease sems to be excluded. Bur other intestinal disorders ( amoebiasis/ulceretive colitis/bacterial infections / pancreatitis)are to be over ruled/treated.
- Hyper acidity is another problem which needs to be considered.
Please consult a gastroenterologist for further investigations/advice.
- the renal cyst , though not concerned with digestion, should be taken care of by advice of a nephrologist.
Thanks.
