What Medication Should I Take For Low Grade Fever, Itchy Throat And Full Body Pain ?

teen that is away from home with no adult supervision needs help i have had a low grade fever since May 23, with colds (clear, almost sticky), an itchy throat which makes me cough a bit, muscle pains and my skin hurts all over so its hard for me to move, it also hurts when it s rubbed..

welcome ,
you should go for clinical test for the influenza virus,as early as possible and get corrected
since clear fluid coming from nose is due to viral infection only.
cough,muscle pain everything evidence of infection.
