I have had a bump that is extremely painful but doesn't look irritated on the outside of my outer vaginal lips. It is not an ingrown hair. I popped it because it was so painful and the mass moved when I touched it. I have had a history of ganglion cysts and didn't know if i could get one down there or not. well I popped it and a very watery brown pus came out along with blood but now that it is less swollen it still aches and apears to have a black bruise looking thing on it.
