24yo male, 11st but quite unfit. chest pain for around 2 years. comes in flutters of sharp pain, only lasting a few seconds per bit of pain, but continuing like that for up to an hour. comes in bouts, can be bad with it for a few days, then fine for 2-3 weeks. 75% of it is left side of chest slightly under and to the right of my left nipple, the other 25% is very slightly to the right centre of my chest and lasts a bit longer. seem to get palpitations every so often, relatively pain free. i have cut caffeine out, and tried indigestion remedies etc. ECGs fine. blood pressure varies.
