General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query.Sompraz rabonik and razo are proton pump inhibitors used to treat gastric reflux or gastritis.Sompraz is esomeprazole.Rabonik and razo are rabeperazole which is superior over esomeprazole.Rabonik plus contains additional levosulpiride which might be prescribed for the antiemetic activity. For GERD i advise my patients atleast for 1 month.I also advise to take small meals at short intervals and avoid fried oily foods pickles alcohol and smoking. It is also advised to take food atleast 2 hours before sleeping.Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further query.
