My gyn just told me that even thou I m only 45 I m in full menopause. Had hysterectomy at 39 they left my ovaries but I did go thru hot flashes, etc. immediately after. He wants to put me on hormone replacement, I m not thrilled with option because I keep hearing about how it can cause cancer. I m also being told that not going on could causes other issues. Could you please give me some of the pros & cons?
