No I don't think it's due to IVF . See during
pregnancy every woman gains wait , it's natural . But after delivery strict diet has to be followed to lose the weight gained in pregnancy.
My recommendation is as follows :
1. Eat only 2 meals a day .
2. Let your diet be as much oil free as possible .
3. Eat more fruits and vegetables .
4. Drink plenty of water.
5. Avoid Junk food , avoid Carbonated Beverages.
6. Avoid Sweets .
7 . Avoid Cheese, butter and Ghee.
8. Avoid Non Veg food and Egg.
Apart from the diet you need to do
aerobic exercises like Brisk walking , Jogging , Running , Cycling or Swimming at least 30 minutes every day .
With all this you will lose weight for sure.
