What is the meaning of * Anterior abdominal wall intact. * Situs solitus noted. * Placenta - Anterior Grade I & II Maturity well above the internal OS * Liquor - Mildly increased (AFI - 18.0cc). * Single live intrauterine gestation corresponding to 36 weeks 0 days in Cephalic presentation with Mild Polyhydramnios - (AFI - 18.0cc)

Hello and thanks for posting your query on HCM
The finds that you have mentioned are that of ultrasonography of uterus with gestational sac.
It suggests that your baby lies in the sac with head down position, which is the normal position.The amount of amniotic fluid is slightly increased.
Situs solitis means that all organs in the body are present in normal position.
The placenta is mature and lies above the opening of the uterus which is absolutely normal.
Only thing of concern is the increased amniotic fluid.
It can be caused due to several reasons like diabetes mellitus, neural defects, git abnormalities and renal abnormalities.
However, all organ abnormalities are ruled out.
Get your blood sugar levels done.
