Since October i haven't stooped my period for more than three days except for the days i were taking Norethistherone. whenever i skip three to four days without taking the tablets the bleeding starts.i underwent a pregnant tests, i was negative.



I had a Ultrasound Scan and the following are the results:



-Normal sized non-gravid uterus with homogeneous myometrical echoteture

-No myometrical masses

-Urine cervix normal

-there ie an outlined endomatrial echo

-Normal ovaries

-No adnexal masses or cysts

-No free fluis in P.O.D

-Urinary bladder normal

What might be the causes of such bleeding and from the above results what are the associated effects. Are there any chances of infertility
