Need Help With Understanding MRI Report

i have a mild posterior disc protruison at my L4-5 and a mild central disc protrusion with annular tear at my L5-L1 . with no foraminal narrowing is seen at either level. mild ligament flavum hypertrophy and moderate degenerative facet are seen at both levels i just want to know what does all that mean is that terms for disaibilty

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion if you are asymptomatic than no need to worry about this. These all may be age related changes in vertebrae. If if you are symptomatic consult your orthopaedic surgeon. You should follow these steps.
1. Good physiotherapy needed.
2. Avoid bad posture during sitting and sleeping.
3. Avoid heavy weight lifting.
4. Hot water application during bathing at pain site.
5. Take calcium tablets and pain killers.
