Suggest Treatment For Disc Protrusion

Hi,I am a 30 years old male weighing ~78Kg, exercise often. Last week I have been diagnosed with posterolateral disc protrusion at c6-c7. I am really worried and would like to know if there is a way to avoid surgery and reverse this condition? I am ready to go to any extent to avoid surgery. Please advice.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
To be frank, surgery is the correct way of treatment .
For pain relief, you can opt for medical treatment . I advise you to consult a orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment .
He may prescribe you injections of vitaminB1,6,and 12 for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically. diclofenac, paracetamol, and multivitamins.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
